He didn't know what his face looked like. But hers was flushed and her lips were a perfect full pout, and she was so damn beautiful, he could do nothing but give in.

There was only one way to fix this, one way to swim and breathe again. So he dove in, unable to see the bottom to know when his feet would touch. He cupped the back of her head with one hand while his other fisted her shirt at her lower back But what gave him breath again was his lips on hers. They were soft and wet and Oh God, she'd opened her mouth. Her tongue slipped between his teeth and swiped his eagerly and then he kind of lost it.

He plunged into her at the same time he stumbled forward with a growl. Her back hit the wall, but she didn't protest. In fact, she seemed to like it. She moaned and gripped his shoulders, pull-ing him closer, her fingernails digging through the thin fabric of his T-shirt. She didn't accept his kiss. She fought it. That's what it felt like. A fight for power. Their teeth clacked and lips mashed and tongues clashed.

This is officially one of my favourites of the year!!
Alec is such a sweet, kind 'good guy' and a bit of nerd *swooooon* I love me a yummy nerd!! Alec & Kat together was just beautiful and they brought out the best in each other.

Okay so I've been MIA for the past two weeks of Swoonage, but I'm baaaaack!!

This week, I’m SWOONING over:

Title: Make It A Double
Series: Last Call #2
Author: Sawyer Bennett
Published: 21st April 2014
Age Group: New Adult
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Source: eARC provided by author for fair & honest review

I should run. Push her away, bark at her… something to stop this train wreck from happening. Because if we kiss… I know there won’t be any stopping. No talking myself out of it. I’m not strong enough to resist the temptation once our lips touch… I just know it.
Alyssa is cruel though and she steps in just an inch closer, but it’s enough so her breasts brush lightly across the top of my stomach muscles, causing them to jump in response.
I go dizzy with want.
My fingers grip onto her a bit harder and I stare in her eyes, hoping there will be something there that brings me to my senses.
Big mistake. All I see is desire pooled deep, and the last vestige of restraint slips away.
I’m doomed, is what I think, just as I bring my mouth down on hers and pull her in tight, crushing her body into mine.

I've been dying to read Brody's story for ages and so far it does not disappoint! Brody is such a selfless character and the tension between him & Alyssa is HAWT!!

SWEET
I snuggled closer into his side, enjoying the smell of his cologne and warmth that seeped through his clothes. Almost as if without thought, he turned his head just enough to kiss my temple, and my heat melted. It was something you did when you cared about how someone felt or what they were thinking.

SEXY
He pressed his lips to mine again, slowly, tenderly coaxing my mouth open. When his tongue darted across my bottom lip I sighed and he deepened the kiss. His arms wrapped around my waist and in one quick move he had me sitting in his lap I snuggled close, letting the heat of his body warm m up in the cool summer evening air. I ran my hands through his hair and tilted his head back to take the advantage of our kiss. He melted under me, letting me kiss him with abandon. Gently I nipped his bottom lip and he maned softly.

Eeek temple kissing and steamy kissing!!!
I adore this series and was so happy to read Cathy & David's story. David is smart, sweet, caring and has a great sense of humour…what more could I ask for in a hero?!

SWOON
His lips brushed against mine and I shivered.
"I love knowing that I can make you tremble just by doing this." He grazed his lips one mine again and this time I moaned.
"Shit." He groaned, and then took my mouth into his. There was no hesitation. His tongue swept inside my parted mouth and I held on to him for dear life.
Mason backed me against the fridge, pressing his body on mine. My hands slid inside his shirt and I ran my nails down his back, making him shiver. I loved knowing I could make him tremble too.

This was such a fun and sexy NA romance! Mason is a sweet guy and most importantly NOT a man-whore!! If your looking for a light and fresh romance, this is it!!

Title: Blurred
Series: Kissed By Death #2
Author: Tara Fuller
Published: 2nd June 2013
Age Group: Young Adult
Genre: Paranormal Romance

After all of the waiting. The wanting. I slid my hand up into her hair more firmly and kissed her, pushing her back until the closed door stopped us. Until there was just my weight against her. Her softness beneath me. The sense that every ounce of Anaya was filling up the empty hole in my chest. Anaya gripped the waistband of my shorts in her fists, opened her mouth beneath mine, and everything dead and dying within me roared to life. My right palm slammed into the door behind her to keep my balance and I lost myself in the warm sensation of her lips. The taste of her tongue. Her fingers brushing the bare skin of my abdomen. She whimpered and suddenly she was pressed against me, knee to chest. Jesus…she was going to kill me. And I didn’t care.

I finally got around to reading the first book is this series, Inbetween, recently and loved it! So I immediately bought Blurred and am currently reading it now. And I think I may love this one even more!! Cash is just AMAZING!!

His arms tightened around me, crushing me against his chest as his hips rocked against mine. We were skin to skin in some areas, tangled together, and each breath we took, the other seemed to inhale. Our chests rose; our hearts pounded. His skin was hard and smooth under my clenching fingers.
He gripped my hips, tilting me up and bringing us closer together. When he kissed me again, it was that deep, scorching kind of kiss that pushed me to the edge of the cliff. I was ready to jump off headfirst, to finally feel everything I’d always believed to be denied to me.
My fingers dug into the smooth skin of his biceps as his free hand trailed down my stomach, fingers circling my belly button and then lower, under the band of my jeans. Every muscle in my body locked up in a strange way. Not a bad way, but it was intense, too much and not enough.

Um yeah JLA certainly know how to bring the swoons! I seriously LOVED this book, it was excellent!!!

We stayed that way—lips joined, gazes locked, and breaths stolen. As if the world had stopped
spinning while we branded the memory of each other's mouths and eyes and hands.
And then his tongue fluttered against my lips, demanding entrance, and I was lost Entirely over-the-moon lost. He groaned as his tongue slid past my lips, filling my mouth so completely, as he explored every inch in a languid rhythm. And he tasted ... God, he tasted like the best kind of dessert. Like banana cream pie and fried dough mixed together.
As he caressed my tongue, my teeth, the roof of my mouth, I was sure the rush I felt had nothing to do with sugar.
I slid my hands down his biceps to his waist and pushed firmly against him. I wanted to get as near as I could in case this was the first and last time I'd have this opportunity. He released my mouth and dragged his lips along my jaw and then down to my neck. I felt his hot tongue against my skin as he bit and licked his way to my ear. His hands slid down my back to cup my ass.
"Damn it, Ella. You're sexy as hell."

Oh Christina Lee, you create such swoon worthy heroes! I mean who wouldn't want to be called sexy by Quinn, the seriously yummy baseball player with tortured soul. But he is also super sweet and caring with Ella and these two have some sweet and oh so steamy scenes! I LOVED this book so much!!

Her fingers slid up his chest as her lips brushed the stubble on his chin. He bent down and wrapped his hands under her ass as tightly as he could. Lifting her onto his waist, he slammed her against the wall of the elevator hard enough to rattle the whole damn thing.

He groaned as she pressed herself against the rock-hard ridge in his pants. He heard her sweet surprised gasp as she took in a breath.

“Feel that, baby?” he hissed through his teeth. The whimper that escaped her lips in response said hell yeah she felt it. She gripped the hair at the nape of his neck hard enough to make his eyes water as she nipped and licked his earlobe. Her thighs flexed around him and he groaned
in anticipation of her tight heat. He couldn’t wait to get inside of her. To give her every single inch of himself.

Who doesn't love a little elevator sexiness?! The sexual tension between Trace and Kylie was incredible, Caisey sure knows how to write a swoony scene!! I highly recommend this series if you love NA romance!

“Fuck it,” Dusty said and lunged across the couch at me, and I was caught so off guard that it took me a second to realize he was pretty much on top of me.
“I can’t take it anymore,” he said, holding my face between his hands. “I’ve wanted to taste you since that first night, and now I’m going to.”
I opened my mouth to respond and he seized his moment and kissed me. He made a sound that was halfway between a growl and a moan, and I let myself go. Stopped thinking about if it was
right or wrong, if I should or shouldn’t. This wasn’t a movie, and I didn’t know what my next lines would be. This was life. This was living.

Oh Dusty is sooo yummy! The romance was so sweet between him and Jos is so sweet, and after denying their feelings for so long it was about time one of them made a move!

“I thought you didn’t like me.”

“I don’t want to.” He got up and crouched in front of my chair so fast I almost jumped. “What is it about you? Is it the eyes? Your smile? That sexy laugh? The way you call me out on my shit? I don’t know. All I know is that I don’t like it. I don’t like it.”
He moved his face close to mine. That spicy smell that clung to him.
“I don’t like it,” he whispered against my lips. They were almost touching. Almost…
He pulled back.
I’d had enough. If I didn’t kiss this boy right here, right now, I was going to die.
I slammed my hand on the back of his head and pulled his head toward mine. Enough talking. Time for kissing.
Our lips met and that was it. All our resistance crumbled and suddenly, I was being thrown backward as Hunter tried to devour me none too gently. We landed on the floor as the recliner flipped up.
“Ow,” I said into his mouth.
“Hm,” he said, ignoring the fact that the recliner was bottom-up and we were on the floor. He grabbed me and rolled me, so we were free of the chair that had sabotaged our kiss.
“I don’t like that chair,” he said as he kissed up and down my face and down to my neck. I rubbed my hands up and down his head, feeling his short hair prickle against my palms. He had just a little bit of stubble on his face, and I could just feel it scraping my hypersensitive skin.

Kissing Hunter was like nothing I’d ever experienced. No guy had ever kissed me as if his salvation depended on it. Hunter kissed like he was going to hell, and he had this one kiss left and he was going to make the most of it.

There is something about a little stubble that it SEXY AS HELL!!! And any kiss that involves knocking furniture over must be pretty damn good ;)
Chelsea's books are always a great mix a sweet, sexy and funny, and I'm just starting on the next book in the series, My Sweetest Escape, which is great so far!

Then he closes the space between us. Kisses me finally. Sensation explodes inside me when his lips touch mine. It's not tentative or shy like most first kisses. The ones I've had anyway.
It's urgent and full of need. Hungry and desperate. The perfect force and pressure. I slide my hands around his neck, twine my fingers up through his hair.
I stretch onto my tiptoes. His hand on my arm moves to wrap around my waist, lifting me, plastering me against him.
"You smell so good," he mutters against my mouth.

I LOVE that last line *sigh*
This book seriously messed with my head, it was so incredibly emotional and I just can't stop thinking about it!! Although the romance wasn't the main part of the story it was really beautifully written and very passionate. Davy and Sean are just so perfect together!!!!

Title: Lost & Found
Series: Lost & Found #1
Author: Nicole Williams
Release: 7th May 2013
Age Group: New Adult
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Rating: 5/5

“That’s all?” I said with just enough inflection.
“No.” He pressed closer to me. “No, that’s not all.”
When his mouth covered mine again, it wasn’t so still and soft. It may have started out that way for the shortest moment, but before my eyes closed, Jesse’s lips polished and sucked at mine like nothing I’d yet experienced. In addition to his other forms of divinity, the man was a kissing God.His hand on my neck kneaded the muscles at the base of it as his thumb continued to skim lazy lines just under my collar. The hand on my lower back, remarkably, stayed where it was. Instead of grabbing the hem of my shirt to tug it over my head, instead of skimming under in search of my chest, his hand stayed in place. Holding onto me like I grounded him. Or like he grounded me. With the way he was kissing me, I couldn’t be sure.
It was positively the best kiss I’d ever had the privilege of being on the other end of, but my body craved more. My inner thighs were squeezed so tightly together, they started to tremble, and I knew the rest of my body wasn’t far behind.
I rose in place and shifted until I swung my leg over Jesse’s lap. When I lowered myself over him, his grip tightened and his breathing picked up. Never, in even my most fantastical dreams, had I ever had the courage to imagine that one day I’d straddle Jesse Walker while we kissed like it was the only thing keeping us alive. Never once. Yet here I was. Living it.

Wow this book was so beautiful. I simply adored Jesse, he is such a sweet, kind and forgiving guy, I just can't get over how epically amazing he is. *dreamy sigh*

I was beyond words. He lowered his head, kissing me deeply. When he pulled away, he nipped at my lip, wringing a sound from me that would most definitely embarrass me come light of day. Dez trailed a fiery path of little kisses down my neck, across the curve of my shoulder, and then down, exploring in a way that spun my senses. Sensations raced through me and it was like free falling through the sky.
Flames ignited inside me when his chest came down on mine. The feel of skin on skin was a startling experience. His lips were against mine again, and I wrapped myself around him, wanting and needing to be closer.

I'd like to get closer to Dez too hehe!! As we all know, JLA is the Queen of swoons and this book is no exception!!!
I really loved this novella and it sets up White Hot Kiss perfectly!

Release: December 12th 2013
Age Group: Young Adult
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Rating: 5/5

She didn’t think, didn’t consider the consequences of what she wanted, or what it would lead to. Taking a page from the universe’s do-as-I-damn-well-please book, she launched herself recklessly into the arms of the boy she loved.
Somehow they’d made it back to her truck without separating. His breath was ragged as he held her to him, kissing her with the same heated need she was attacking his mouth with.
The groan of the metal door protesting as he jerked it open barely registered in her mind. Rain slapped against her bare skin as he lifted her higher on his waist. She fought to stay in the present, to memorize every single touch, every flick of his tongue against hers, the warmth and the wetness of it.
But the heady sensation of him possessing her, gripping her tightly and pressing hard against her, sent her floating into outer space somewhere.
She breathed into his mouth as the tumbled clumsily into the cab of the truck. “I want you.”
A low groan escaped from somewhere deep in his chest. “I want you too, angel face. But—”
“But nothing. Everyone else gets what they want. Because they take it. I’m taking it. I want you.”
Yanking his white T-shirt over his head, she paused her violent ravaging of his mouth to admire his body. He was lean and muscular, hard in all the right places. Running her hands over his firm pecs and then down to his rippled abs, she thrilled with pleasure at being able to touch him in such an intimate way.
“Ella Jane.” Her name was a plea, but she didn’t know if he wanted her to stop or proceed. The hardness beneath her answered that question. His head lolled back when she pressed her hips down against his. As his warm wet tongue lashed against hers, she gave into the urge to slip her hand down his pants.

Ella-Jane has both Sexy City Boy Hayden & Cute Country Boy Coop chasing after her, so I removed the guy's name from this scene…Mwahahaha!!! You must now read this book to find out which one it is!!

I seriously LOVED this book soooooo much, best YA romance of the year!!!! And who doesn't love a hot and steamy pash in the rain…in the back of a ute :D

I close my eyes and the stream fills my ears and there are squirrels up overhead and I listen to them and hold onto the trunk. Julian’s mouth is warm and riotous. We’re kissing deeper and more urgently, then fumbling with clothes. His breath is sweet against me; my body is unsteady though.
“I’m tipping.”
“I’ve got you.”
“Promise?”
“Yes, of course. Wrap your arms around me.”
I do and Julian clings to me, and then he pushes into me and tears brim in my eyes. Because this is amazing and I know he feels whole like this, standing on two legs over me; he’s whimpering like he’s overwhelmed, and the tree shakes and sways and a single leaf falls into the water and the current carries it off. “I don’t deserve this,” he whispers.
“Yes, you do.” He grips me, loses himself and gives and surrenders and there’s a great stillness while the forest holds us so close we can scarcely breathe. I lift my hand, after awhile, and stroke his hair.

The past few weeks I've had some really sweet swoons, this week I decided to spice things up with a nice steamy swoon!

Her face is flushing, lips reddening, her fair skin making it easy to see. The urge to kiss her again is overpowering. This time when I lean in she doesn't break away. I bend my head to hers and slide a hand around the small of her back to pull her in. I tease her lower lip with my teeth and she gasps for a shaky breath.
I pull back a fraction, that tiny distance requiring a monumental effort. "You want me to stop". I manage, barely recognising my own voice, "you tell me"
It takes me a moment to register her dark eyes, her parted lips, the way she lean after me. Her hands curls around the sleeve of my shirt, trembling. It's then I realise my hands are none too steady either.
"You stop now", breathes, "and I'll never forgive you."

I've featured much steamier swoons is the past, but I have to say that this is one of my all time favourites. In the context of the story, this moment was so powerful and got my heart racing!

I seriously can't tell you all how much I LOVED this book!! Such an amazing story, great characters and an epic and beautiful romance!

"Are you going to move back to the country?"…
"Well I'm just not sure now. It's confusing. There are other reasons."
"What other reasons?"
"Oh, uni maybe, and…" I meet his eyes. "Don't you know?" I push a hand through my hair, making a shaky laugh."Here's me, thinking you're some great detective, and you don't even~"
What cuts me off is Mycroft pulling on my sleeve. He pulls at me until I'm off-balance, leaning closer to him than is gravitationally possible, so I have to put my hand out to stop myself falling.
